To book, simply click the link next to the course you wish to attend and submit the subsequent enquiry form. One of our team will contact you to arrange payment and if you are able to pay there and then by one of the payment methods listed below, the booking can be confirmed straight away and a confirmation letter sent out. Alternatively, you can book over the phone by calling 0844 848 2855.

Reserving a place

If you are not in a position to pay straight away, we can reserve you a place at the course in question. This reservation can be held until we receive confirmation payment from you, however should the venue approach capacity and another potential delegate call to confirm a booking, these will take priority over reserved spaces. Should your reserved space be lost, we will notify you immediately.

Any reserved spaces that remain unconfirmed 7 days before the date of a course will be released.

Payment methods

We currently accept the following payment methods for course attendance:

Credit/debit card – this form of payment can be taken immediately over the phone and thus enables us to confirm the booking straight away.

Cheque – we will accept cheques made payable to 'FENSA Training'. Places booked in this way will be reserved until the cheque is received in which case, the booking will then be confirmed.
